Opportunity LOL Reviews: Cooler Master® CM Storm Enforcer
When we receive a product here at Opportunity LOL we always, to the best of our abilities, test that item. While it has taken quite a bit of time to set up and troubleshoot, my ideal computer is finally ready! To put the time frame into perspective, this review has been three entire months in the making. Getting this chassis from Cooler Master® gave me the perfect motivation to put my ideal rig together. Keep in mind that I am a hardcore Mac user, however when it comes to power gaming I don't mess around!
With the Diablo 3 release on the horizon I set out on a quest to build a rig that was so powerful that the game would never lag. After a tremendous amount of research and shipments from Newegg.com I can honestly say I achieved my goal. From using the CM Storm Enforcer chassis I was utterly impressed at how catered the design was to the needs of the ultimate gamer. Seriously, the HDD cage was removable and rotatable. After some bad experiences in the past, I particularly appreciated that the front doors are reinforced. Plus, it's capabilities to support high-end graphic cards was a nice bonus as well. When I'm playing intense system requirement games I can finally hold my own!
Once everything was finally set up I installed my old Diablo II discs and created a multiplayer hardcore character (when it dies it's gone) and played a ton of low level PvPing. I'm proud to say it took me 3 full days before I lost my guy. I attribute a lot of that success to the fact that my system didn't lag for a second thanks to my Cooler Master® CM Storm Enforcer. Of course, my T3 ethernet connection helped too! Plus, the all black case with red accents make my computer look pretty sick.
The biggest appeal of the Enforcer chassis is clearly the fans! One fan is on the front, one is in the rear, and another is on the top which I switched out for 2 other fans. The ability to create and customize my ultimate computer has been epic to say the least, you should consider trying it!
